Description
It all started in 1996 when Douglas Ross sold his business, put his love of brewing into practice and founded the Allanwater Brewhouse. Since then he has gone from strength to strength in perfecting recipes that not only keep the most expert of ale lovers happy, but also the drinkers who are new to the joys of craft beer.

First brewed in Spring 2010 using the name Tin Pot Brewery. In 2014, the name was changed to Wash House Brewery and again in 2018 the name changed to its current one.

Cask @ 3rd Larbert Beer Fest as Tinpot Thai Pot, ABV 4%. Clear golden colour, white head. Nose of lemon grass, not much else. Flavour is full lemon grass, little malty, bit of ginger. The lemon grass gives a touch of freshness, but it doesn’t do it for me.
