Draft at Brewerkz Riverside Point. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is floral, yuzu fruit. The flavour is dry, yeasty bitter, with a fresh, light, crisp, juicy yuzu, light spicy, floral, aromatic palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Super refreshing with lots going on. Ideal for the Asian climate. One of the best Witbiers I’ve ever had!

Draft at SG Taps, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast and lime. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, dry, malt, yeasty, herbal, lime citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Smooth and somewhat tasty, but the yeast began to dominate a little too much which wasn’t entirely pleasant.

The flavour is moderate sour, light sweet, with a light, crisp, juicy passionfruit, light floral, vanilla palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is herbal, lychee, with a light, crisp, fizzy, herbal, mineral, floral hop palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Fairly light and fizzy. Fine on a hot sunny afternoon.
