Cloudy dark orange with a creamy head. Metal, stonefruit, candied malt, smoked ham, vanilla tobacco, overripe banana, overripe pear. Malty fruity sweetness, dry zesty bitterness, some umaminess. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty smoky fruity bittersweet finish. A very complex Rauchbier, very tasty, what a surprise!

Swing top bottle. Appearance is hazy copper with white head. Aroma is fresh dusty wheat and clove. Taste is nice weak grain, weak banana, and light clove. Pretty mild. No idea the age of the bottle.
