.5 liter bottle assumed 10-11 months old
A: Rich gold with a short stout head that fell to a thick pad and ring.
S: Fresh bread with hay, grass and herbs.
T: Bread and crackers with a bit of sweetness before herbal hops join to balance. Lastly a faint hint of lemon.
M: Abundant fine carbonation and medium light body, finishing very dry.
O: Nice flavors in great balance. Must be wonderful fresh.

Standard German hefe, hits all the right notes, offering up crisp banana-clove brightness with a floral undertone and vanilla on the back end and a slight yeastiness on the finish. Tasty.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Fine yeasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, yeasty. Mild sweetish notes, some banana, wheat. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

0,5l, swingtop bottle.
Large head, but it transforms into a thin one pretty quickly. Extra bready, malty taste compared to other German lagers.

500ml bottle, bought in Frankfurt. Pours a hazed unfiltered blonde, large white head. Moderate malt sweetness on the nose, nicely balanced, helles profile, malty where it matters, moderate bitter close. Nice.
