(bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and firm cream-coloured foamy head. Yeasty and wheat-malty aroma with notes of apricot, banana, backed by citrus-fruity and delicately piney hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a well-carbonated creamy mouthfeel. Solid wheat-malty base with traces of caramel, vanilla and loads of complex fruity flavours, lingering into the lasting fruity and malty finish with a slightly resiny/piney hoppy bite. Excellent Weissbier-Märzen. 27.II.14

Big thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, turbid, nice head. Starts strong-malty, dry-yeasty, modest alcoholic, without being too much. Fruity hints of peaches. Intense malty-yeasty finish, but well balanced. Nice!

[Thanks to kevnic2008]. Bottle. Cloudy medium golden colour with a large off-white head with good lasting. Aroma has notes of banana, clove and wheat. Flavor is intense wheaty, with notes of banana and bread, sweet hints. The final is mild sweet with a good maltiness. Dense and smooth on palate.

Bottle at Ericht Ale House, Blairgowrie. Hazy pale yellow, thick white head. Aromas of banana and clove, nice yeastiness. Really like the nose, good change from christmas beers and lagers. Taste has bread, more light spice, sweet finish, and a little thin, but good.
