Description
Our brewery is made up of two different brewhouses — a 5bbl (600L) production brewhouse from Premier Stainless, which is the heart of our operation, and an SS BrewTech 1bbl (120L) pilot system, which gives us a true nano setup to test our latest ideas and innovative notions.

From tap at Constellation, Budapest, to accompany a great pork knuckle meal 18.02.25. Translucent orange golden. Off-white head and lacing. Superb, and true to style, taste of Sevilla marmalade, pale malt, hints of grains and dried apricot. Just as a classic West coast IPA should be. Perhaps a little short aftertaste though. The next sip comes only too fast and then the glass is empty.

Deep brown with minimal head. Sour dark berries, lemon juice, acidic, with a touch of savory. Thick body. Woof, this one is really difficult to get through more than a few sips. Intensely sour in a way that isn’t right for the rest of the beer.

Black with a thick and creamy tan head. Chocolate, molasses, hint of burnt malt, and a touch of sour. Full bodied. It’s very nice but definitely skews sweet.
