From bottle at dark night shared tasting in Kristiansund 14.03.25. Mahogany. Dark brown head is diminishing to nothing. Aroma and taste of bitter pine, bitter juniper, dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla and hints of mild chili marmalade.

On tap @ Kandallo. Pitch black, thin head. It shows roasted and earthy notes, some walnut and nougat, with medium, very smooth body. Compared to its counterpart it’s more of a coffeestout, while that one is a dessert beer.

On tap at Kandallo. Pitch black, thin head. Slightly roasted, but more fruity character, and I get a good proportion of poppy and makos bejgli in there, with some vanilla. Full bodied, smooth dessert beer, delishhh.

Bottled 375ml. -from the brewpub. Pitch black coloured, small brown head, chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, light caramel, noticable but balanced alcohol with discreet touch of vanilla in the finish. Quite nice.
