Bottle shared at kermis tasting thanls to Borrie. Hazy deep golden. Sweet malts, peach, light dusty, caramel, dusty. Solid sweet, medium bitter. Full bodied. Maybe too old, but not great.

330ml bottle. Very hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Grassy, fruity and slightly resinous, hoppy aroma, wheaty malty background, notes of grass, some hemp, a touch of moss, hints of melon, white grapes, kiwi fruit. Taste is mildly bitter, fruity and minimally herbal-grassy hoppy, wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, notes of ripe pear, some melon, ripe kiwi fruit, a touch of woodruff and hemp.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Pretty nice hop flavours in taste, flattering sweetness, well matching herbal counterpart adds depth - good.

0.75 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before October 2027. Very dark ruby to black with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty, slightly fruity aroma of chocolate, caramel, toasted hazelnut, fruity whisky, some vanilla and a touch of dark fruits. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently roasty and slightly fruity taste of caramel, chocolate, coffee, toasted hazelnut, fruity whisky, some vanilla and light dark fruits, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, a little boozy finish. Full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Delicious brew, so much more complex than the base beer. Superb balance, round and harmonious, much better than their Bourbon Bock.

0.33 l bottle from Maisel's web shop, best before July 2026. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, fresh grass, lemon peel and hints of white pepper. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite grassy-spicy and moderately fruity-floral taste of fresh grass, grains, lemon peel and hints of white pepper, followed by a short, gently bitter, a bit dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Crisp, refreshing but also quite aromatic Pilsener, very nice overall.

Sehr helle und trübe Farbe. Schaumentwicklung OK. Eine Fruchtbombe in der Nase. Zitrusfrüchte, Pitaya, Litschi, Quitte und Blumen. Außerdem süß trockenes Malz. Beim Trinken dann sticht Grapefruit und Zitronenschale raus. Die Süße kommt bei weitem nicht so stark raus wie im Geruch. Eine frisch, säuerliche Note nimmt den frei geworden Platz ein. Und sehr ordentliche Bitternoten, die aber noch im Rahmen des Erträglichen sind. Sehr süffig, ohne Substanz vermissen zu lassen. Recht ordentlich gemacht.

1.11.2025. Tap at Craft House. Med-full body, med-high caramel, medium sweetness, med-light dried fruits. Oxidated badly. Med carbo. Med-high bitterness. Medium citrusy and piney hops, but feels candyish. Classic sweetish caramelly badly made DIPA. So many brewers,so little skill. Meh. 5,3.
15.11.2025. Tap at Ochutnavkova pivnice. Med-full body, med-light carbo. High bitter, med sweet. Med candyish caramel, med-high resiny, piney, citrusy hops character. Not great, but solid, good. Drinkable. Light warmth. It is evident, that Craft House has beers in not ideal conditions. 7,4.
