Slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of stone fruits, mild apricot, yeast. Taste of dry grassy hops, stone fruits, apricot. Moderate bitterness.

Bottle picked up and consumed at Bierkiste München, Wednesday 31st May 2023, sat outside, wonderful weather, just had a fabulous week with my dad and Pauline and just dropped them off at the airport, feel a bit sad. This is great, really enjoying this Helles, soft mouthfeel, a little sweetness, malty, fresh and a nice nose despite the guy behind me blowing his cigarette smoke my way, but I am not going to argue with him he's twice my size:-). There is a little bit of dryness towards the end, it's a lovely beer.

Bottle picked up and consumed at Bierkiste, München Sunday 28th May 2023 in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours mid amber with a very slight haze, a little sweetness, but there is a little hoppy bite with a linger and a little dry back end, decent. Actually this is a grower, it gets much better

Bottle. Light hazy amber, golden foam, busy carbonation. Fairly herbal nose, citrus, mint and earthy notes. Medium body, mellow chewy mouthfeel. Catty hops on sweet honeyish malt, mint, gooseberry, initially somewhat lightstruck, clears up after a while at the ait, citric spritzy finish.

Bottle courtesy of Jonas, cheers Jonas! Had this Sunday 16th April 2023 listening to Gomez - Bring it On, cooking a number of different Georgian dishes. Pours hazy mid gold with a white head. A nice citrussy bite, dry finish, hoppiness throughout, but there is a little bit of sweetness here to balance things out.

Bottle at home, 3rd March 23. Pours a light clear golden. Aroma of cereals, grass and hay. Taste is clean, grass, light mellow and some bitterness, simple, but quite nice

500 ml bottle. Slightly unclear dark orange golden with a fluffy head. Orange zest, grapefruit, stone fruit, apricot, resin, caramel, vanilla. Dry zesty hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty hoppy fruity bittersweet finish. Well made.

500 ml bottle. Unclear dark golden, fluffy head. Floral hops, tangerine, elderflower, hay, vanilla, stone fruit. Mild dry hoppy bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry bitter fruity floral finish. Really nice crafty Helles!
