Bottle, Batch #2. Pours opaque chestnut, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is rich, dark sugars, vanilla, bourbon, toffee, cocoa. Flavor is sweet but not cloying, light plus bitter. Medium body, low carbonation, silky.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a dark brown with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong maple, cocoa, roast, wood, vanilla. Slick body, maple syrup, dark chocolate, roasted malt, bourbon, wood, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours a dark brown with small tan head. The aroma is strong almond, dark chocolate, licorice, bourbon. Slick body, roasted malt, cocoa, molasses, wood, boozy finish, enjoyed this.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is chocolate, roast, vanilla, wood, licorice, bourbon. Slick body, dark chocolate, vanilla, roast, bourbon, licorice, wood, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

500ml bottle. Smooth, woody and oaky with some bourbon, caramel, toffee, syrup and hints of roastiness. Okay blend of BW and IS. Quite complex and nicely balanced.

500ml bottle. Smooth, roasty, heavy and slightly bourbony with some vanilla, oak, wood, toffee, syrup, molasses and rye. Quite balanced and heavy BA IS.
