Bière dégustée à la maison. Robe dorée limpide, fine mousse blanche, peu persistante. Nez discret mais agréable, avec une touche exotique et un soupçon d’agrumes. En bouche, c’est léger mais bien fait : pas de faux goût ni de sucre envahissant comme c’est souvent le cas sur ce type de profil. L’ensemble reste propre, rafraîchissant, bien équilibré. Un très bon compromis pour les moments sans alcool.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. Säd, bröd, torkad frukt men smakerna blommar inte riktigt ut och saisonjästen komer inte till sin rätt med den mörkare malten. Trevlig iaf.

75cl bottle from Au Baron. Pours a misty chestnut amber with large off-white head. Medium bodied, nutty grainy toasty nose, heavy on the spicy dark ryebread, lingering nutty bitterness.. more prominent saison yeast elements would've been beneficial. Ok overall.

Draught @ Brique Land, Lille. Cloudy blonde appearance, white head. Fragrant triple yeast aroma. Flavour profile presents a sweet, floral Belgian yeasty pale. Nicely sweet, with a brisk bitter close. Bright and characterful. Decent.

Draught @ Brique House, Lille. Pours a generally clear bright amber, white head. Sweet sticky hop and orange rind nose. Flavour profile presents a pronounced citric orange fruitiness, good bright hop character, boiled sweet underlining.. nicely flavoursome.

Bottle with Grumbo. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple, buttery, mango, stonefruit, floral and became a bit more dank. Juicy and bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Decent.
