Bottled at PBF. Hazy dark brown, miniscule head. Intense woody, vinous nose with some caramel . Sweet with massive body and rounded mouthfeel. Red wines, vinegar and caramel. Hugely peppery warming finish.

PBF XV. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is alcohol, some raisins, plum and some very sweetish tones. Flavour is raspberries, some liquorice, some mild alcohol tones. Really sweet. Overripe dark berries. Superbly sweet with some tartness to it.

Svart med minimalt og flyktig beige skum. Lukter mørk sjokolade, noe kaffe og fudge. Fyldig. Søt. Smaker lakris, kaffe, vanilje, mørk sjokolade og noe kaffe.

Bottle #115 of 258 - Pours black with a very small head. Not much carbonation. Aroma is char coal, soy sauce and licorice. Sweet and warming taste with notes of licorice, oak casks and alcohol. Lacks in compelixity.
