10/2/2025. Bottle shared by minutemat, cheers! Pours clear bronze brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is bready, malts, brown sugar, caramel, dried fruits, cinnamon swirl, nutmeg. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, gentle carbonation. Bittersweet finish. Liked this.

330ml bottle from Beer Geek Swap. Pours a hazed dark brown, overly large pale brown head. Spicy, cinnamon and brown malt nose. Interesting cinnamon bun suggestions to taste alongside sweet caramel malt, amber malt, brown sugar, nuts and some spicy moments. Medium to high carbonation. Decent overall.

0.33 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', best before November 2023. Hazy, ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, gently fruity, moderately spicy, slightly malty and a bit yeasty aroma of caramel, cinnamon, sultanas, quite some lemon peel and traces of honey. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity, quite spicy taste of caramel, cinnamon, lemon peel, sultanas, licorice, quite some clove and a touch of honey, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, fairly yeasty, spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice idea, nice flavours, but quite harsh, way too yeasty.

Dark brown with a dense off-white head. Caramel, dark dried fruits and red fruit aroma. Sweet taste with a low-bitter finish. Standard but really solid quadrupel.
