Can from Home Bargains, Salford. Mildly hazy brown coloured with a very thin head. Its chocolate is light but evident and dominant in both aroma and taste, but as the brew tastes thin it never gets that flavoursome.

Can from Home Bargains, Salford. Clear golden with a small head. Has plenty of mango in its aroma, is a little less stated in its taste with some of its hops in the mix here, but the fruit is still evident enough.

[33cl from Home Bargains, Festival Park, Etruria, as Microbrew Perch Rock Pale Ale.] A golden amber pour with a thick cream coloured head; fruity aroma with a touch of citrus; fruity taste with a malty body; and a drier finish. A satisfying APA.

[44cl can from Home Bargains, Festival Park, Etruria as Microbrew Hopster.] A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; weak citrus aroma; rather thin in the mouth with a grapefruit taste and a bready malt base; finishing with a touch of pithy citrus. Quite drinkable.

[33cl can from Home Bargains, Festival Park, Etruria.] A hazy amber pour with a fast fading white head; sour aroma of boiled grains; sour fruity taste, with apples and pears; and then an unpleasantly acidic finish.
