Description
Our mission is to bring colourful, funky and full flavoured beers to the current beer market. We don't try too hard to be different, we just make what we love and hope that people embrace our creations with an open mind.

At the moment we are experimenting with mixed fermentation sours and unisolated kveik cultures. We are yeast focussed and will always be experimenting with new and unique cultures. Fruit has always been an important part of our beer and we always strive to utilise the finest fruit flavours to harmonise with our chosen yeast.

All our beers are small batch and we're constantly experimenting and learning as we go.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - cloudy golden orange. Big lacy head. Nose - peach and citrus. Funky edge. Taste - peach more obvious this time. Still citrus and funk too. Palate - tangy and close to medium bodied. Dry tangy middle and finish. Overall - good.
