Description
Our mission is to bring colourful, funky and full flavoured beers to the current beer market. We don't try too hard to be different, we just make what we love and hope that people embrace our creations with an open mind.
At the moment we are experimenting with mixed fermentation sours and unisolated kveik cultures. We are yeast focussed and will always be experimenting with new and unique cultures. Fruit has always been an important part of our beer and we always strive to utilise the finest fruit flavours to harmonise with our chosen yeast.
All our beers are small batch and we're constantly experimenting and learning as we go.

Crowler at home, from BD TH, 22/11/20. Nose is apricot yoghurt, funk, damp hay, lemon curd, modest funk. Taste comprises tangy apricot, lactic pinch, damp hay, wood must, on the turn mango, peach, grains. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow acidic flicker. Decent well balanced sour ... on the UT entry the brewer asked folks not to rate if the condition was poor but this probably turned out to be in the best condition of all, certainly up there with the best anyhow.

Can picked up from the interwebs. It pours hazy luminous orange with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is juicy, tangy, sweet tropical fruits, passion fruit, mango, papaya, orange chewits, um bungo, fruit smoothie and a bit of funky hay. The taste is sweet - sour, juicy, bright, deep tropical fruit action, passion fruit, peach, mango, papaya, guava, um bungo, orange chewits, light grass, wet hay and just a hint of spice with a crazy fruity finale. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Juicy and crazy fruity. Lovely tropical action. Could chug a lot of this. Nice work!
