Description
Our mission is to bring colourful, funky and full flavoured beers to the current beer market. We don't try too hard to be different, we just make what we love and hope that people embrace our creations with an open mind.
At the moment we are experimenting with mixed fermentation sours and unisolated kveik cultures. We are yeast focussed and will always be experimenting with new and unique cultures. Fruit has always been an important part of our beer and we always strive to utilise the finest fruit flavours to harmonise with our chosen yeast.
All our beers are small batch and we're constantly experimenting and learning as we go.

Can from Brew Cavern. It pours straight up mango juice orange with a quickly dissipating fizzy head. The aroma is sweaty, funky, ripe and juicy, thick pulpy mango juice, apricot, peach, nectarine, tangy and a splash of white wine vinegar. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, zingy, snappy, mango action, crunchy granny smith apple, apricot, nectarine, kick of acidity which quickly disappears, sherbet, splash of lemon zing, damp hay and grain with a dry, zing, puckering finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fun stuff. Mango works well without dominating.

440ml can Sophie's Beer Store. Pours a misty unclear golden yellow colour, no head to speak of. Wild funky on the nose. Crisp initial sip, revealing myriad wild mixed ferm notes, some mild woody notes coming into play. Interesting to taste this base sour profile but you do yearn for more hop fruitiness to emerge.

Can from Brew Cavern. It pours hazy orange with a dissipating fizzy white head. The aroma is earthy, wood, cereal, lactic tang, natural yoghurt, musty, hay, dull medicinal character and a touch of barnyard. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, splash of acidity, sour apricot/peach, sherbet, refreshers, lemon rinse, orange peel, lactic, natural yoghurt, earth and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, fizzy carbonation. It's fine, but lacks a bit of clarity.
