Cask at The Standing Order, Edinburgh 13 Nov 08. Dark brown – almost black. A small creamy head. Inviting fruity aroma. A bit watery impression but some hints of raisins & prunes. Dry bitter finish.

Dark brown color, no head. Light caramel aroma; cheesy. It has a good flavor, some caramel and chocolate, well balanced, in a lean body, with butter and nuts, creamy cookies, mmmh...; correct bitterness. Subtle and very pleasant!

Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, burnt caramel, burnt, berry sour notes, raisin. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light aidic, berry sour and moderae bitter with a average to long duration. Bitternes is malt burnt bitter.
