Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ home.Clear medium to dark deap red colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy redcurrants - berries, moderate honey. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tat berry - redcurrants, honey. Blond color. Aroma of honey with a wax accent; a bit flowery, and honeycomb. Very sweet, dense, with a certain fruity character, plums, a bit flowery too; in the final there are minimal traces of yeast.
Refreshing mead.

Pale blond color. It has the perfumy aroma of a white wine, chardonnay, a bit more floral and fruity, also some sweetness. Lean mouthfeel, not completely dry, it has a delicate elderflower touch, without the flaws of many dry meads, although in the middle and final there is some breadish yeast.
It could be polished from that yeast, but it’s already a very good result.

Dark ruby color. The aroma is a bit vinous, maybe there are traces of acetic acid, and there are some berries; later, some honey appears. Sweet in the front, but with a high acidity to balance it, and some tannins in the end creating some astringency; lean; with a strong berry character.
The mead character is very subdued, but it’s a pleasant drink.
