18/4/2018. Bottle from Hopsters, Ipswich. Pours hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of rich hops, caramel, pine, fruit and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Full bodied, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Very nice.

Tap at the Steamboat Tavern, Ipswich. Pours golden amber with a small lasting white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruit, caramel and floral notes. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Floor 42, share a bottle or two! Thanks to Wingman Willis. Hazy gold beer, decent cream colour head. Airy palate, soft, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, dry but creamy. Light marmalade and pine. Modest hop spice. Little ripe mango. Smooth dry finish. Considering this ran past its BBE a few weeks back, this is good.

Bottle shared on Level 42 19/07/2017. Many thanks to Wingman Dave for this one. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a big frothy white head. Floaters. Aroma is subdued, alcohol, berry, orange rind, . Flavour is composed of biscuity malts, jammy berries strawberry nutty, banana. Rough round the edges. Palate is semi sweet, sticky, resinous. Harsh bitterness.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Dave. Pours unclear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds ripe and dried citrus fruits, a little poo, grains. Light sweet flavour with bitter grass, rind, marshmallows. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with rindy citrus, pale bread, grassy bitterness. So so.

Bottle at Level 42. It pours orangey amber with loads of floaters and thick off - white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, juicy, brioche, candied orange, tangerine, bit of spice and some greeny chives. The taste is dry, bitter, zesty, pithy, a bit green, grassy, stone fruits, waxy action, spice and cracker with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Maybe there is an ok beer lost in their somewhere.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to the Wingmane, 19/07/17. Light haze on a golden amber pour with an off white head ... lots of bits of shit floating and bobbing about in this one ! 2 tims sub 3 apperance rates in a couple of beers ... WAT ? Nose is light plastic, orange pith, straw, grains, caramel. Taste comprises orange pith, apricot, straw, light bread, grains. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close laced with astringent hop bitterness. Shite!
