Panda at home, thanks to Danlo, 12/06/22. Almost clear golden with a thin white covering that veers edgewards. Nose is dusty apples, caramel, hint of vanilla, straw, herb. Taste comprises funky apple, tannins, straw, orchard wood, phenols, duty apples. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid cider.

750ml bottle from Wilding Cider. Golden colour, thin white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of perry pear, fruity, some funk. Taste is sweetish, fruity, perry pear, with a honey-like note and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Clear orange gold colour, no lasting head and aroma of fruity apple, juicy, light funk. Taste is sweetish, slightly tart, apple, fruity, juicy, orchardy, with hints of peach, light funk, and bittersweet drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, minerally dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle pour at crossover blendery. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head that lasts. Aroma is semi sweet, vibrant juicy apple, copella, light tart, fresh juicy apple. Flavour is composed of meaty apple, juicy to a bone dry mineral finish,. Palate is uber dry, mineral, fine carbonation. Good stuff.
