750ml bottle from Wilding Cider, for #rgpm. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of perry pear, floral. Taste is sweet, perry pear, fruity, woody, with some acidity and tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweetish peary finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Wildings. Orangey golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, wood cask, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, wood barrel, port, funky, with drying bitter tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fruity, some wood, funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Wilding Cider. Sparkling orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, appley, with some funk, acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation dry fruity acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Léger pâle, qcq bulles éparses au rebord.
Arôme sur un bouquet plus parfumé qu'en bouche avec un agréable nez floral et appuyé en retrait par les pommes.
Palais sur une effervescence faible assez aigrelet-amer en dominance - laissant une finalité grinçante aux dents avec un effet de funk qui perdure mais sans jamais tomber dans le surfait. Le tout garde un côté légèrement terreux avec un caractère de pomme qui surfe sur des notes de fruits à coques mais sans la saveur, ainsi qcq notes de raisin sec.
L'effet 'sour/funk' reste cependant un tantinet trop présent pour moi.

Draught at That Beer Place, Chester. Golden colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, juicy, apple, fruits, barnyard funky, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, fruity, peary, hay, some funky notes, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry balanced acidic & tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable
