A deep dark stout with a thin lacing lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of coffee grind, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, vanilla, alcohol warmth, like a ice Frappuccino. On tap at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2023.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, light citrus, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice.
