Clean, very light golden-yellow, but bright with a white cap, average stay and some decent lacing. Mild, but nice-fresh hoppy aromas giving some herbal notes, hints of apples and pear. This continues into the taste with some nice dryness in the end. A straw-corn base that is well-hidden with the nice hops here. Not your typical wet-lager that is almost syrupy, but nicely hopped to give it some Oomph.

Pours a real dark brown colour, liking black but with a few ruby highlights. The head is light-mocha coloured, bubbly, with decent stay and a layer of bubbles left on the brew. Roasted malt base aromas with some dark fruit notes and alcoholic-gin-berry hints blending. The mouthfeel is silky, not too thick and with good building dryness in the finish. The Gin is quite mild in the taste, but the flavours blend well with the dark, roasted barley. Some chocolate notes lingers. A nice herbal touch is also in there helping things. Quite a smooth Baltic Porter with just the added Gin to make it interesting.

Oh wow, this is good! A very nice mix of Saison and IPA. It's got the citrus zest, with some Belgian yeast, a touch of herbal and hints of earth-funkiness aromas. Lemon and orange zest in the taste giving enough dryness, and notes of bitterness. The nice fresh yeast lingers with some vanilla notes. Hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, good stay and some foamy lacing clouds. A very smooth mouthfeel with just a tad tart in the end. Quite a good refreshing IPA-Saison.

O:6.04 V:4.7 G:6.63 C:4.05 G:14.5 T:35.92

Hazed, golden-yellow colour with frothy white cap, good retention and some foamy streaks of lacing. Citrus aromas with lemon zest, and its juices with oranges. The taste is mild with citrus notes, zesty mostly, which makes the finish is quite drying for NEPA. More of a dry, zest-citrusy APA, but quite drinkable.

Clean, golden-amber colour with a nice frothy-creamy light-beige head, good retention and some creamy lacing streaks. Fresh cereal malt aromas with a touch of caramel, Belgian yeast giving hints of spices. Eventually, banana notes come out. The taste is showing the Belgian side more with some rye notes, wheat and a decent drying finish. Good grassiness lingers. A nice, refreshing Belgian ale that goes down easily.
