A clear reddish brown ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with coffee grind, herbal hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with coffee, herbal hops, light fruity esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tropical fruits, resinous hops, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A reddish copper ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet tart mix of ground cherry, raspberry, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, loads of tart raspberry, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours quite cloudy dull gold with a small tight white head that is stable with lace. Notes of somewhat dank hops with soft tones of pineapple, pit fruit, grapefruit and white grapes, light grassy/citrus peel bitters, powdery/dusty yeast, some esters, minimal malt presence, light bitterness with some slight hop burn tingles, lightly juicy. Lightish body with soft but fizzing carbonation which was distracting until swirled out. Nothing off at all here, quite solidly made and balanced but lacked pop for me. I'm a big fan of Galaxy and this lacked the bold musky floral tropicals I was hoping for. Drank easy.
