Hazy golden-orange colour with a big frothy white cap, some light creaminess, good retention, leaving some foamy-soapy lacing patches. Orange juice aromas with oat and some grassiness. The grassy hops do punch up in the taste, giving some big bitterness and a little dryness in the finish. A good juicy DIPA with quite a bitter start, but still stays wet enough, afterwards.

Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, flowers, citrus, bitter hops and malt. Nice bitter finish.

Can, 473 ml, from and with Jean-Frédéric Pleau (merci!), savoured on November 13, 2021; eye: golden with a caramel hue, cloudy, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: aromatic hops, citric, light tangerine; mouth: aromatic hops, citric, light tangerine, finale in tropical fruits with light presence of malt, medium body, average carbonation, mildly bitter, slightly sweet, lightly raspy texture; in summary: fair FRANÇAIS

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy hops with some citrusy notes and floral hops undertones. Taste is a mix of juicy hops notes with some citrusy hops notes and residual sugar notes with some hoppy undertones. Body is full with good carbonation. Not bad but lacking some cohesion.

Aromes d’agrumes et de conifères s’accompagnant de céréales et d’une touche de noisette dans un olfactif de faible puissance. Mousse de couleur beige, abondante et crémeuse. Liquide brun et flou aux reflets orangés et fortement effervescent. En bouche, nous avons droit à une domination des houblons avec des notes d’agrumes et de conifères qui amène une amertume résineuse longue et persistante. Les notes maltées sont présentes sous forme de céréales rôties et de noisettes mais bien en arrière-plan par rapport aux houblons.
