Clean, very light yellow colour colour with a not much carbonation, but a bubbly white cap, average stay and some light lacing spots. Big fresh lemon aromas with some mild sourness, good zest and hints of herbal hoppiness. Some apples and pears do come out with time. Fairly flat with a hit of dryness in the end. A nice Saison blend in the taste with the lemon peels, Saison yeast and a touch of banana-wheat and pear. Gets a little hazy at last pour. An easy-drinking Saison with all that should be, and a little more alcohol.

Clean amber colour with golden highlights. A big frothy light-beige, good stay and some foamy lacing. Brown ale aromas with the darker malts. fruitiness, some nuttiness and the coffee kicking in more in the beginning, but softening with time. The taste has a nice balance of roasted malts. coffee notes, nuttiness and a mild dry finish. A decent nut brown ale with a tad coffee.

Profil olfactif céréalier et épicé offrant du clou de girofle, des accents floraux et fruité aux tons d’agrumes et orange. Le liquide est doré pâle, voilé, effervescent. La mousse est abondante, assez persistante et moyennement crémeuse. L’entrée de bouche est florale et épicée avec des accents légèrement citronnés. Les épices sont bien représentées avec poivre et clou de girofle. Le profil céréalier est assez discret. L’amertume est herbacée, moyennement forte et persistante en fin de bouche. Un peu forte en alcool pour une grisette mais quand même goûteuse. O:6.05 V:4.75 G:8.23 C:4.5 G:14.75 T:38.28

Hazy golden-beige colour with a white frothy-bubbly cap, lower retention and minimal lacing. Lemon zest aromas with light lemon juice sourness and yeast. Citrus continues into the flavours with some juiciness and mild zest dryness in the end. An easy-going Pale ale with 100% Enigma hops that gives out lots of lemon zest.

Fairly clean, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good stay and some thick foamy lacing. Malty nose at first with some nice spiciness coming out that gives that Pilsner aroma, plus some citrus comes out even later. This continues in the taste with a wet mouthfeel, and just a touch of dry finish. A nice Pilsner-like lager that does the job.

Lightly hazy, very light beige-yellow colour with a frothy-bubbly white cap, leaving some decent foamy lacing and topping on the brew. Lemon zest aromas with mild citrus juice and straw malts as base. A tad honeydew melon. The taste continues with the lemon zest, citrus juices, then - hints of cereal malts and the oats. All is fairly mild and easy-going. Decent tart and dryness, but thin enough to be refreshing.

Aromes céréaliers, accents de pain frais et houblons herbacés mentholés et citronnés composent l’essentiel de l’olfactif. Doré et très légèrement voilé, le liquide se couvre d’une mousse d’épaisseur, de densité et de persistance moyenne. Entrée de bouche relevant des accents céréaliers et biscuités mais aussi des notes citronnées et poivrées. L’emploi du seigle et de l’épeautre donne une toute autre dimension à cette lager. L’amertume est douce mais bien sentie. Elle se veut bien goûteuse pour une bière de soif. Elle fera fureur sur les terrasses chaudes et estivales. O:6.69 V:3.11 G:7.56 C:4.65 G:14.59 T:36.6

A hazed yellow ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy hops, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at pub location.
