Bottle: Poured a lightly cloudy yellow color ale with a super large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with some hay and flower ester is really enticing. Taste is also a mix of rustic malt with lightly sweet notes of flower and a dry finish. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Solid saison form this promising new brewery.

A hazed milky golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, light plums, pleasant. In mouth, a tart sweet fruity malt with light oxidation, light paper, not bad but a bit off. On tap at L'autre oeil.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light cloves, powder, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, grassy hops, pleasant. On tap at La Cuvée 2019.

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a nice white foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with light tropical fruits. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with light tropical notes and some light dank notes with residual sugar note. Body is full with good carbonation. Well brewed APA with plenty of hops punch.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, light tropical fruits, light pink grapefruit, pleasant. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.
