Bottle: Poured a deep amber/copper color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of spicy yeast notes with coriander and rustic malt is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of residual sugar notes with some coriander notes with light rustic malt with rye notes providing a light spicy undertones that provides balance against the residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Well brewed with nice mix of flavours while retaining some good drinkability.
