Draft - Skunky pine hops. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Bitter grapefruit and a sweet caramel backbone. Lots of hops but a nice balance of sweetness to reduce the bitterness. Nice west coast style, a bit of booze in the bitter finish.

Draft -Dark roast and dark chocolate. Jet black with a rich light brown head. Roast malts, bittersweet chocolate and a long sweet finish. Well balanced and just well done.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a clear hazy amber brown with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tons of sweet grains and caramel with sweet bourbon, booze and a touch of vanilla. Flavor has a much more sweet grain present with some toffee, caramel, bourbon and even a faint tartness underlying.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a clear hazy amber brown with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tons of sweet grains and caramel with sweet bourbon, booze and a touch of rye backing. Flavor has a much more present rye with some toffee, caramel and bourbon underlying.

On tap at the COOP 5th anniversary party. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of roasted malts and toasted coconut backed by a hint of chocolate. Flavor has lots of toasted coconut with chocolate and roasted malts. Kind of like a mounds.

On tap at the COOP 5th anniversary party. Pours a hazy peach gold with a white head that stars and dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light peach with a slight brett funkiness and grain backing. Flavor has a good amount of bread and brett with the peach coming out in the finish.

On tap at the COOP 5th anniversary party. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy pine, earthy grass and a hint of onion backed by bread. Flavor has a good amount of grass with notes of pine and grapefruit with a grain backbone.
