16oz can. Slightly hazy orange body, steady off-white head. Oily, resinous hop aroma..some pink grapefruit..mostly pine. A pretty decent IPA. The hops aren’t that exciting, tastes like a run of the mill IPA from ten years back. Not one I’d go back for more of. Surprised this hit 100 IBUs. Nothing super off, but mediocre and not that desirable either.

16oz can from pinkzambia Hazy orange amber with a small white fine head. Nice malty citrusy hop aroma. Some papery malt flavors but plenty of pithy juicy west coast hop flavors. Good IPA

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a cloudy amber orange with an off-white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a touch of citrus, a bit of bitter pine and sweet onion backed by sweet grains. Flavor is similar with onion and sweet citrus backed by a bit of sweet grain and light pine.

Draft - Vintage 2012 - Vinous, plums, caramel and barrel notes. Tons of barrel notes, plum and dark fruit. Very little of the richness I expected.

Draft - Apricot and candy sugar. Cloudy orange with a rich beige head. Sweet apricots and sugars. Too sweet and fruity for me.

Draft - Toffee, molasses, coconut and some light spice. Jet brown with a thin white head. Caramel, barell notes, slight vinous and sour notes. Starts off very thick and lightens on the palate. Not bad, but I think this will round out better with a bit of age.

Draft - Skunky pine hops. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Bitter grapefruit and a sweet caramel backbone. Lots of hops but a nice balance of sweetness to reduce the bitterness. Nice west coast style, a bit of booze in the bitter finish.
