On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a near clear dark brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of dark grain, cinnamon, nutmeg and pecan with a hint of backing vanilla. Flavor starts with dark grains and pecan then finishes with pumpkin and spice in the finish. A bit thin overall.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours black with a grayish brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of cognac with bitter dark grains and chocolate. Flavor has cognac up front that mellows into a creamy chocolate with a bit of bitter dark grains and roasted malts.

Firkin at Tapwerks. Pours a clear hazy amber brown with a gray head that starts thinly at the edges and dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a note of earthy pumpkin with an underlying sour and acidic note. Flavor has a nice sourness that is joined by a bit of earthy pumpkin. Unique.

Firkin at Tapwerks! Pours a chalky cloudy yellow with a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has a large fresh cucumber note with underlying flora and Belgian yeast. Flavor is similar but with a more of balance between the cucumber and flora with backing light grains.

On tap at Tapwerks IPA day. Pours a hazy golden amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bitter pine and resin with a hint of grass and citrus underlying. Flavor is a bit muddled with lots of hop characters, pine, grapefruit, citrus, grass and resin.

Aroma has sour cherries that are slightly medicinal with a backing light sweetness. Flavor has mildly sour cherries throughout with a bit of underlying earthy grains.
