Territorial Reserve Oak Aged Imperial Stout from COOP Ale Works

Boulder Strong Ale Fest. Black appearance with a dark brown head. Carmel, dark chocolate, oaky, light veggie aroma. Dark chocolate, caramel, oaky, toffee, light celery flavor. Not sure if the veggie notes that I picked up were just from the wood or if they were an infection. Either way, it made the beer a disappointment to me.

on tap-pours an offwhite head and gold/amber color. Aroma is pineapple, some sweet medium malt. Taste is pineapple/floral hops, some sweet medium malt.

Can courtesy of jcwattsrugger shared by me at Max’s and Jess’ tasting. Pours gold. White head. Nose of corn, grain and lager malts. Taste of corn, lager malt, grass and toasted cracker. Dryish pine finish.

Native Amber Red IPA from COOP Ale Works

On tap at Tapwerks OKC. Pours a dark amber with a small frothy white head with good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is floral hops and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet malt and carmel with a nice crisp finish. Easy to drink, a very good amber from Coop.

On tap at Tapwerks OKC. Pours a cloudy yellow with frothy white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is a yeast banana and citrus. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet hop and citrus taste and lemon zest with a nice clean finish. A good hefe from Coop.
