Pours a dark brown colour with hardly any highlights. The head is big, mocha-coloured, frothy-fizzy, with average retention and minimal lacing. Chocolate nose with the cacao nibs with a mix of roasted and chocolate barley. The cherries are a little more felt in the taste with the cocoa creating some tart on the tongue. Hints of vanilla blending things. Smooth, not too heavy mouthfeel. Not bad, but wishing a better blend and strength of the dark sweet cherries.

Au goût, elle semble aromatisée avec des trucs qui ne paraissent pas vrais. Impression sucrée et de framboise un peu chimique, mais sans l'acidité du fruit. Sans effervescence malgré la levure champenoise, ce qui m'a vraiment surpris. En gros, j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait une mauvaise intégration des saveurs dans une base trop maltée.
