Bouteille 750ml. Couleur ambrée voilée, mousse moka pâle, particules en suspension. Arôme de malt grillé, dattes, sarrasin. Goût de malt grillé, très sucré, cassonade, fruité. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

On tap at the Pearson location. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread and grain with a hint of earthy grass backing. Flavor has a good amount of sweet grain and bread with biscuit supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the Pearson location. Pours a very cloudy light purple with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has earthy wheat with some dark red fruits backing and a hint of yogurt. Flavor is earthy wheat forward with light cassis and a touch of hay underlying.
