Bottle in the lcbo winter mixer 6er. Dark amber pour, small white head. Aroma is very spicy, lots of cinnamon, ginger, candied citrus peel, and cloves. Solid mouth feel, and a solid carb. Finish is quite sweet, and overly spiced. The spices take over. I feel like I’m chewing a bag of species.

Dark mahogany pour with a medium off white head. Slightly sweet malt aroma with some yeasty bready notes, and some nuttiness. Typical mouth feel and carb. The finish is lightly bitter, with more slightly caramel malts, and some subtle noble hop flavours, light grass and a touch of hay. Refreshing and crisp.

Dark ruby pour, very small white head. Sweet malty aroma with some tangy cherry juice, and slightly piney hops. A distinct sweet, slightly fruity belgian finish. Sharp, and crisp, but fruity, and tangy at the same time. Tart cherries, and bready, yeasty malts with slight pine in the background. Weird beer, not sure i dig it.

Imperial ipa? Uh OK. Yeah it’s got a bready, sweet malt bill, and some solid piney, citrusy hop notes, but this being imperial is laughable. It’s a decent ipa.... Congrats mill street you’ve caught up to the craft beer scene of 2006.

Dark copper, medium off white head. Wonderful sharp malty aroma, with some great piney, grassy hops. A super crisp, dry, refreshing finish. Sharp, slightly nutty, cereal malts, and more grassy, slightly piney hops. Nothing to blow your hair back, but super well made, tasty, easy drinking lager. I wish i bought a 6er, not just the seasonal mixer pack.

Amber pour, small white head. Not much in the aroma, light caramel malts, with very light chilli. Regular body, but the carb is quite low. The finish is all smoky chipotle. Big notes of chili without the heat. The chillies dominate the finish, and there isnt mich else. The lime is nowhere to be foind, meh, an overly smoky, chilli amber ale.

Bottle from the lcbo. Dark brown pour, medium off white head, aroma is big on dark, sticky, malty fruit, with hints of brown sugar, and boozy bread. Quite heasty and a bit tinny. Lots of minerals, and some light metals, woth a lively carb and soft mouth feel. Low bitterness, quite sweet, with alot of chewy malts, and dark fruit. Not bad really, i was pleasantly surprised.

Very chalky, earthy, malted wheat. Slightly buttery, some light vanilla, and some barrel, with alot of sweet, malted wheat. Wet paper and chalk.... Weird.

Nitro can in their 2016 holiday 6 pack. Bready, lots of cereals, subtle sweetness hints of vanilla. Creamy mouth feel, very soft carb. Low bitterness, sweet cereals.... Pretty basic, one note, decent for what it is.
