Also das ist mal was Besonderes und ich trinke es im Brewpub in Quebec City. Optisch Kupfer, dünner Schaum. In der Nase super fruchtig, Kirschen, Fruchtpunsch. Im Trunk Trauben, Kirschen, sehr komplex, fruchtig, Amarena, Kirschlikör, dezente Süße, sehr würzig. Ausgesprochen lecker. Langer Abgang.

Vom Hahn direkt vor Ort im Brewpub Québec City. Optisch typisch Wit, trübes Gelb. Im Trunk schön Orangen und Koriander, hefig, cremig, passt.

Tap @ INOX brewpub, Quebec. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, coriander, wheat malt, fruits and hops. Sweet finish.

Almost clear, amber color and a white head. Malty, caramel, hints of nuts. Taste follows the nowa, faint smokey, but a really short finish

Poured from the tap. Copper brown with minimal beige head. Watery caramel malt with very feint indescript hops. Boring and bland like all the beers from this brewery so far.
