On dirait un mix Gruit et Berliner Weisse... C'est acide, bien aromatisé, et le visuel est superbe.

La bière est très correcte, mais je trouve que l'agencement avec la technique gin n'est pas très réussi. Il y a une belle amertume, mais sur le côté herbeux (proche de l'aneth en fait, probablement une herbe qui pousse en milieu côtier).

Bière qui me laisse une sensation minérale en bouche. C'est mince mais assez corsé et torréfié. La mousse est vraiment peu abondante, et il y a de l'anis en fin de bouche.
