Clear dark gold blond beer, creamy solid off-white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, slightly fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, pretty sweet, grains, some caramel, a little herbal, bitter touch, ok. Aftertaste: malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, fruity, some apples and pears, ok.

Bottle. Clear gold sporting a decent white head. Aroma of grains, faint hints of lemons and quite a bit of soap. Taste follows aroma plus cardboard, stale bread and straw. Low to moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Just another case of „It is what it is“.

Bottle at Eco hostel, Catania. Standard macro lager but wiht an interesting spice hint. ---- Tap at Yard Hostel, Catania. Nice lemon touch to this.

Bottle in Palermo. Golden colour, hazy, small head that does not stay long. Aroma is wort, grain, a bit of herbal hops. Light bitterness. I could not find salt in taste. Medium body, medium carbonation. Boring!

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht hopfig, viel mehr kommt nicht mehr, wässrig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
