Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Earthy multigrain sourdough aromas. Medium bodied with earthy bread upfront turning to mildly bitter toast in the medium length finish. Enjoyable pils.

4 pack canned 8/24/21, drunk over the next two weeks.
Not gonna lie, if I'd known this was brewed at Idle Tyme, I would have never bought it. What a shitty brewery. And it shows. Granted, this is much better than your average IPA from there, but still, just vague/bland and not expressive in the nose.
Softish and dry in the mouth but just not quite juicy or too intersesting. Not that twangy but too much sourdough, acid and pine.

Can (5/25/21) pour from trade with Johnnnniee via The Packie--thanks, John! It's an opaque light brown-dark yellow with light sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with poor retention and nice ring of lacing. Aroma is moderately strong lemony citrus with dank vegetal element. Taste is strong citrus with lighter tart fruit. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish with little flavor. Overall, taste is better than aroma but appearance is the relative start of the show. Skippable.

Cloudy bright orange body, thick off-white to cream head. Nose tropical and yeasty with stone fruits and pineapple. Creamy, soft body, mostly stone fruits and melon, within hints of pineapple and citrus, including a touch of tart lime or lemon in the finish. Hits the mark.

Bottom of the can is stamped Sagittarius. Dull hazy yellow. Aroma has weak fruit and a spruce note. Flavor of fruit and a very soft spruce hint. light malt. The bitterness is soft herbs. Kind of average for the style. Looking for a tad more fruit burst.

Poured into nonic pint glass, the appearance was a ruddy burnt orange to copper color with a cap of a little white head. Sliding lace.
The aroma had some biscuit to breadiness rolling over some grassy to earthy notes and bringing in a subtle crisp dry floral hoppiness.
The flavor brought the previously mentioned aromas somewhat together and added a sly leather sweetness in. Aftertaste was a quick dry maltiness. Earthy/floral sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a sessionably smooth feel rolling over my tongue nicely. Carbonation felt fine and though the ABV was projected a bit higher, it’s strength seemed to be there as well.
Overall, nicely done ESB for the most part. Though a bit higher in ABV’s than normal ESB’s, I’d still have this again.

Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a dark brown color with a thin off white cap of a head. No lace.
The aroma had some milk chocolate, some roasted malts and then some light coffee.
The flavor leans to the dry sweet side of the milk chocolate, seems like cocoa powder. Then some earthiness. All seems to come together in the aftertaste rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a low carbonation to it. Somewhat smooth with an acceptable bitterness coming about. ABV felt fine.
Overall, nicely done stout worthy of many more pours.
