Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick orange hazy color with a two finger white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: orangey and grapefruity hop tones with a rounded edge of a light peel bitterness to them; light clean malts underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet juicy wheelhouse; finishes somewhat mellow running through the orangey and grapefruity tones
Texture: medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; great smoothness along the tongue with a nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: I'd come back to this if I could but I believe it's retired now.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick orange haziness with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mango/grapefruity to papaya-ish and sweet guava toned hoppiness with a nice clean super light malty underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet juicy conglomeration; finishes even keeled through the bittersweet juicy hoppy tones
Texture: medium to full bodied; this is a sipper; good smoothness with barely any alcohol sting (I was expecting something but wow, nothing there!); good carb level
Overall: not exactly sure why they retired this cause this was such a great beer!

On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT on 01/18/2018.
Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: golden orange to copper color with a quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated at a good pace but barely left any lace
Aroma: light melon to grassy to piney hop tones up front with a light orange fruity hop tone underneath; light clean malts
Flavor: mostly the same as the aromas but adds a little bit of passion fruity tangy-ness - sweet, slightly bittersweet and a tangy to tart quality; finishes about the same with a light juicy note to it
Texture: medium to full bodied; slightly leaning towards being a sipper; good smoothness but also a little bit of hop distraction - though nothing burdensome
Overall: nice enough DIPA I think I could come back to.

Appearance: burnt yellow to orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple-y to orangey to some light danky hop tones with a light melon-like hop tone in the middle then some light clean malts underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet semi-juicy quality; finishes slightly danky to pineapple-y and a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; good sessionability; good smoothness with barely anything bothersome to the flow; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA I would welcome again.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a quickly dissipating foamy khaki colored head but didn't leave any lace
Aroma: peanut buttery powdery sweetness and milk chocolate; subtle touch of dark chocolate notes further down in
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to subtle roasty quality; finishes about the same
Texture: medium bodied; good as a sipper; good smoothness about this one with nothing distracting anywhere; good carb level
Overall: good pastry impy stout with a good level of peanut butter powder that made it work for what it was.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: fresh lemon to lime sweet to tart hop tones; guava, pomegranate and white grapey hop tones all come together; then a light clean semi-vanilla to slightly biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: meshes all the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes pretty even keeled between the sweet notes and the bitter notes with a subtle tart lime popping in ever so slightly to say hello
Texture: medium bodied, slightly sessionable; good smoothness with nothing bothersome anywhere; good low carb and a super light hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: what an absolutely wonderful NEDIPA I would love to have again but then I guess Oval Craft would have to come out of retirement unless if Green Empire owns the full rights to now? I don't know enough.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark malts, milk chocolate; gin botanicals, some floral tones; light hemp then some sweet coffee tones way down in there
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to floral sweet and danky sweet vibe; finishes somewhat floral, light gin and danky toned
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; not as smooth as I had hoped but this can was 2 months old (well, I guess I should have aged it longer)
Overall: seems like a beer that I could have aged longer, note to self if I see this again, I felt it but didn't smell or fully taste the "actual booze."

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: floral to mixed citrusy to semi-earthy scents; touch of orange rind-like bitterness but that doesn't last as the tea they put in this comes out at a noticeable level
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to floral sweet to tea-like sweet and super subtle bitter toned quality; finishes pretty smooth as the tea takes a big hold here
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth all along the tongue; good low carb
Overall: well, it was still smelled, tasted and felt like a beer despite the strong tea character in this.
