Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: bronzed yellow color with a thin white foamy head which dissipated at a good pace with some light lace
Aroma: floral and citrusy hops come in bittersweet with some clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet combining the prior mentioned aromas pretty good, mild citrusy hoppy aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied with a decent sessionability then a semi-dry citrusy finish
Overall: it works as an AIPA, I believe I could come back to.

Can to Belgian tulip.
Appearance: amber in color in the glass, two to maybe three finger white foamy head, moderate lace
Aroma: rye whiskey sort of blend with some Belgian malts, some grassy to earthy blend mildly underneath
Flavor: sweet with a lil bit of spiciness through the rye whiskey, subtle oakiness
Texture: medium bodied with a gentle smoothness, lingering rye whiskey sort of finish
Overall: cool idea for a Belgian styled golden ale with the rye whiskey barrel but part of me thinks the execution could be changed a lil' bit more to make this a superb one. Still, I believe I could come back to this.

Canned 3/18/22, drunk 4/2/22. Bright copper-peach-maize with a small, white head that quickly fades to a ring. Soft and fruity, peachy hops with cracker and light white dough from the malt. Smells soft and mild with great juiciness and a clean, non-boozy finish. In the mouth it's soft, malty, well-attenuated with light honey and tons of biscuit. Hops aren't as elegant as they'd seem from the aroma. There's good juiciness but there's also a lot of bitterness and slight resin. Alcohol is quite pervasive, as well. Still, it's soft and juicy and I love these honey-mango-orange-juice-papaya notes. Definitely on the right track, just need to clean it up a bit.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Chardonnay and oak aromas. Medium bodied with sweet grape, and dry oak front to back. Lasting earthy sweet hop finish.

Can at home. Golden orange pour. Nose is quite funky and some citrus. Tastes funky at first but mellows. Oranges, yeast, candy, peppery, sourdough. Medium bodied and some sweetness.

16 oz can. Dated: 10-28-2021. A very near clear dark golden color. Aroma is oak and very mild rye whiskey. Belgian yeast is here but it’s kind of over powered by oaky, buttery flavors. Nice effort.
