GBBF Day 1. Keg. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and quite dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish malts, a light creamy sweetness. Slightly tart orange and lemon with a nice Sambucca licorice vibe. Crisp finish. Nicely tart and licorice.

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some zest, mild grass, herbs and grains. Flavour is fruity, floral, hoppy, grassy and mild earthy notes. Somewhat dry palate.

Bottled. Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, some slight spicy notes and mild herbal and floral notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some fruity notes along with citrus and some nice bitter grassy notes in the finish.

Tap @Brado in Rome-Italy. Semi clear light amber pour, tick white foamy head. Nose: earthy and bit dusty. Mouth: cookies, cinnamon/anice. Peculiar.
