Bottle (Had this late september) 50 cl: Dark brown with creamy off white brown head. Aroma is very stout like - roasted/burnt malts chocolate & coffee. Filling body. Somehow a bit buttery sweet. Reminds me of the regular stout from midtfyns with some added christmas spices like Anis & coriander. OK!

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a dense off-white head. Aroma is raspberry and lemon with a very minor wheat note. Flavour starts a bit sweet before the acidity from the raspberry kicks in - for then to be replaced by the citric notes from the lime and with a very mild wheat cloudyness before the finish. Ends in a nice blend of acidity, citric, bitterness and some hints of wheat. Quite different and unexpected experience.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and deep amber with a light brown and diminishing head. Aroma of mild grapefruit and pineapple, sweet caramel malty too. Slight roasted sweet caramel malt flavour. A fruity bitterness appears towards the finish and gives the slight dark malt notes a freshing finish. Nice balance.

Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma and taste is first sweet malty with notes from caramel malts & sugar. And then hops dominates throughout. Piney, grassy & flowery hops. Medium bodied. Little warmth from alcohol. Like already said good bitter hoppy bite. But actually it is still a bit too sweet I think! But still a nice brew!Re-rating. Bottle at Esbjerg festival, 09. Sweet peachy caramel. Vaguely cloying. Way too sweet and not crispy enough. 3,7 - 3,5
