Bottle, 7.2%. Good roasted coffee aroma. Black colour, small unstable light brown head. The flavour is a little sweet with good fresh-ground coffee notes. A little sourness in the finish. Late coffee aftertaste. Very nice.

Bottle, 5.6%. Wheat and green apple aroma. Quite cloudy dark orange colour. Small stable head. Distinct green apple flavour, not very nice. Seems to have a little plastic and cardboard too. Good mouthfeel. I was not too pleased with it.

500ml bottle. Slightly hazy peach orange body with a light beige head. Nice fruity, hoppy aroma. Flavor is a bit thin and light. It’s sweet, malty, grassy and refreshing but too weak. Maybe that’s the reason Mel Gibson was offended?

Amber with a medium head. Unfortunately , the malty aroma with fruity hops was somewhat dominated by the well known Midtfyn butterscotch. Sweet flavour with grass and butterscotch.

Draft. A very hazy amber beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet citrusy combined with notes of grapefruit - my guess is some Cascade, but it also has hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of straw and grass, as well as light notes of butter and acidity, leading to a dry bitter and grassy end. The body is thin - I think due to a very low level of residual sugar.

Bottled. Clear, golden ale with a small off-white head. Metallic aroma with malt and some hops. The flavor has malt dominating, but there’s also some hops. Medium body and a short finish. It’s drinkable, but not well-formulated. (070302)
