Dark amber. Malty sweetness. Flat carbonation & a thin texture - little bitterness.. This is pretty much the same as Moulin ale from same brewery. This is truly bad -meaning bad - not bad meaning good!

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a very dark, opaque black with a vague, reddish hue and a dense, beige head leaving some laces. Lightly sweet yet ashy aroma. Quite full-bodied with sweetish, roasted notes - pehaps with a vaguely burned edge. Some bitterness in the finish. 151206

An unclear amber beer with a huge bubbly light orange head. The aroma is weird with dusty notes combined with over ripe fruits and some spices - only faint hints of wheat. The flavor is sweet bubble gum like fruity note combined with a very strong presence of spices. The end is dry and here there is a slight note of wheat. This is not a German Hefeweizen - since the back label states that honey, raspberries, and lime has been added - I think that is what makes it so bubble gum - candy like.
