12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine & Liquor in Colorado Springs, CO. Pours a clear orange-bronze color with a small off-white head and decent retention. Light lacing. Has a typical sourish grain aroma. The taste matches the nose. Standard bready malt flavor with a slightly sourish finish. Low carbonation. Mellow overall, especially for 6.9% ABV, which is invisible.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine in Davidson, CO. Thanks G-unit! Pours a clear dark bronze color with a small beige head and good retention. Good lacing. Caramel malt aroma. The flavor also has caramel, but not as strong as the aroma. Slightly sour finish. Maybe because I didn't keep it refrigerated? Mostly flat mouthfeel. Medium body. Good flavor but something is just a little off.

Draft. Golden body with a frothy, white head, diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, floral, herbal hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Buttery feel and buttery flavor. Something's gone wrong here. Yuck.

12 oz. can purchased in Frisco, Colorado. It doesn't say Peacemaker on my can. Pours a clear gold color with barely any head or retention. Flat can? Spots of lacing. Virtually no aroma. Flat mouthfeel (like the pour). Without ANY carbonation, there's not much flavor either. Tastes like a flat pale lager. No crispness or bitterness. No bad flavors but it's lifeless. Shame.

Pours brown from the can. The porous and foamy head fades quickly. Aroma is hazelnut, chocolate. Taste is toast, sweet caramel malt. Finishes mildly sweet, nutty. Smooth, rich body. A decent interpretation of the style.

10 oz draft at Pug Ryans Steakhouse and Brewery in Dillon, Colorado. The pour is opaque black with a small tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, soft vanilla sweetness and some fruit towards the back. The taste is the roasted malt, earth, and closing with vanilla and fruit sweetness. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and clean roast and vanilla finish. Tasty stout.

10 oz draft at Pug Ryans Steakhouse and Brewery in Dillon, Colorado. The pour is clear golden with a ½ inch white head. The aroma is cereal malt along with a touch of floral. The taste is primarily lighter cracker malt and a touch of floral in the finish which was drying. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the dry finish. Clean, though not a ton going on here. This was on the menu as a SMASH beer, based on that I had (unfounded) expectations of a more interesting beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours dark, hazy brown, with a medium, creamy, tan head. Rich earthy aroma, with some chocolate pudding, cinnamon, and chalk. Sweet and malty, with a mild, smooth bitterness. Medium to heavy body, very creamy, with a light spice. This is a very smooth, rich, velvety beer.

This beer pours a clear copper color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of hops, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of fruity hops and grainy malt. The finish is mild grassy hops up front with a malty aftertaste. Decent average overall.
