Draught at Porterhouse, Dublin. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Fruit nose. Sweet and mineraly with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and hard with lifeless mouthfeel and strong minerally notes. Salty bitterish finish. Too hard and fruity.

Cask at Porterhouse, Dublin. Clear brownish amber. Salty and peaty. Dry with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Heavily salty, fruit yand soapy with some peat. Salty bitter finish. Unpolished.

Tap at Porterhouse London. Clear gold pour with a light film. Grain malt aroma with some floral hops. Sweet, perhaps a bit too sweet, with some honey and floral, earthy bitters. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Dry, crisp finish with some light booze, malt and straw. I like it alright.

11.2 oz bottle purchased at The Wine and Cheese Shop in St Louis, Missouri. Pour is a light haze brown ruby body and a two inch tan head. Head initially looked a bit fizzy, but then picked up a nice fullness. Aroma is leafy roastiness, along with a light cocoa and cherry fruit sweetness. Taste is the grainy earthy leafy roastiness of the nose, along with with some sea saltiness. The cherry sweetness re-appears briefly in the finish. On top of all of this is a very unique taste which I really can’t put my finger on it - it’s sort of a musky meatiness - I guess it’s the oyster. Palate is medium bodied with an active spritzy carbonation and a mineral finish which thins out and finishes crisply. Overall a tasty and unique beer.

Bottle. Dark amber colour with an off white head. Does exactly what it says on the label. Hops all the way through from Aroma to finish. Finish is a bit too sour.

Tap a Porterhouse, London. Pours a clear, light yellow with a soft, bare head. Light malt and cereal aroma. Sweet and thin flavor with some honey and faint hops. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Finishes crisp and lightly sweet. Nothing wrong here.

Tap at Porterhouse, London. Pours a clear, garnet-brown with a fluffy, off-white head. Chocolate aroma with maltiness to spare. Sweet and roasty flavor of moderate complexity. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Quite a roasty finish with a bit more mocha. Everything I want in a Dry Stout. Very good.

ambre, blanche malt caramel et pale, léger citron, fleur, corps est léger, note qcq fruit; pomme. Bouche est fine et vraiment légère. Bon pour le style sans vraiment sortir du lot.

bouteille, brun clair qcq notes de sel marin, malt caramel, léger au palais, huître se ressentent un peu sans trop dominer le tout, on y note qcq touches de sel et algue; herbes. Palais est moyen voire léger. Si ce n’est pour l’ajout des huîtres,cette bière reste faible et sans grand intérêt sans pour cela être mauvaise..

330ml bottle from Brewforia. How cool is a pull tab cap on a bottle? I say it is very cool.........

Aroma: Dark malts and fruits and definitely oysters
Taste: Toasted malts, coffee, oysters, salty and some bitterness in the finish
