Can 33 cl. Pours a deep and opaque blueberry purple with a huge and frothy pink head leaving a solid lacework. A very pretty pour. The nose is a surprising letdown though. I had expected BIG blueberry aromas, but the beer offers almost nothing. Medium body, initially sweet, but the sourness comes rushing in fast. But also a weird, underlying mousiness that isn't very appealing at all. Lowish carbonation. I have no doubt that the brewers used a shitload of blueberries. They just don't really come through in the flavor in any very attractive or appealing way. But the beer still looks great though! 081221

Can 33 cl. Pours thick and completely opaque like mango juice with a super short-lived, fizzy head. Concentrated sea buckthorn actually smells pretty nasty, and this is no exception. Hard to describe, but somewhere along the lines of greasy and herbal, and in no way refreshing or enticing. Medium body, very tart - a mix of lactic acid and ascorbic acid, with that greasy note underlining the whole thing. I never thought I should advice a brewer to use LESS fruit, but that is the case here. The sea buckthorn is simply too dominant. In smaller doses it can be delicious and complex. In this beer it is not. 081221

Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a super rich and frothy, white head. Very lively pour. Somewhat spicy Saison aroma, subtle yeast and phenols with a fruity touch. Medium body, again fruity and fairly fresh. The phenols are growing deeper though almost touching that medicinal and chemical point where I have to leave. It's not quite there just yet. But it's on that very fine edge where refreshing can easily turn undrinkable. 081221

Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque deep golden with a rich, white head. Lovely fresh tropical hop accents. Medium body, a lightly sweet fruitiness, chalky and minerally with a somewhat bitter finish. Lovely hop accents throughout. A surprisingly well made NEIPA from this tiny producer. 081221

Can 44 cl. Pours an opaque golden with a fizzy, off-white head. Nose is funky, yeasty, fruity. Light body, lactic tart, but I also pick up some leathery notes reminding me more of Brett. But a Gose shouldn't contain Brett. Well, maybe I'm wrong. The mango is definitely there, but it's a subtle fruit that has a tough battle with the sourness. Probably great in summer. 081221
