On tap at Boot 122 Brouwcafe, Utrecht Thursday 8th January 2026 after a long train journey from Plattling today. This is a short walk 15mins from the hotel. Pours light/mid gold with a white head. Solid West Coast IPA, nice resinous touches, zippy edge, a little marmelade, nice bite. Good. Score 7.3

Thanks fonefan! Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, and some mild toffee and a bit nectary tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild toffee tones to it.

Haze marqué - col blanc-cassé crémeux.
Arôme sur un boquuet houblonné floral - agrumes, herbacé, résine ressort très bien avec ici, un Idaho plus présent.
Palais sur un e belle base maltée - pas mal de houblons en support alternant entre résine - pamplemousse, mangue,touche herbacée - pin et résine en retour sur la fin. Idaho et Azacca restent bien plus en dominance. Un peu râté comme simple DIPA qui verse tout de même nettement sur une hazy.
Ca reste très solide et encor eune belle réussite de Oso.

Black with a medium beige head. Body is a bit thin but still in teh medium realm. Roasted malts, sweet licorice, a bit of burnt malts, some background dark fruits. Finish is medium dry with some bitterness. Decent.
