Niedliches kleines Fläschchen (20 cl) von Getränkefeinkost Berlin. - Rotbraun, klar, rasch schwindender Schaum. - In der Nase breit süßes Karamelmalz mit schwachen Röstnoten, herb fruchtig-weinig, etwas fuselig - wie ein typischer Doppelbock halt. - Antrunk kräftig karamelmalzig aber nicht zu süß. Brotrinde, leichtes Röstmalz. Mild rezent, vollmundig. Abgang kräftig holzig-krautig hopfenherb, wenngleich etwas dumpf. Längerer bitterer Nachtrunk. - Ordentlicher Doppelbock nach deutscher Tradition. Den „Maisgritz“ (Maisgrieß) schmeckt man nicht heraus.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish pale malty aroma, hints of yellow apple, a touch of straw. Taste is pale malty, subtle sweetness, hints of hay and straw, some bitter hop, cautious hints of yellow apple. No epiphany of course, but quite a solid Pale Lager.

Draft at Mosto, Matera. Pours clear brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, overripe dark fruit, toffee. Flavor is over moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Italian standard lager with malt sweetish aroma, cardboard, bit metallic, taste utterly bland, thin mouthfeel, sourish hint, metallic and very, very boring. Totally forgettable even for a standard pale lager.

0.33l bottle. Clear pale golden body, white head. Seemingly intense carbonation. Aroma of grains, floral hops and some cardboard. Taste of bread, hay, earthy and floral hops with a touch of metal. The finish has a nice hop bitterness. Light medium bodied beer. OK beer.

The beer starts smooth, grainy. The mainpart is intense bitter, neutral-grainy. Crisp. The aftertaste is bitter without hop-aroma, grainy and crisp. A Nice and bitter-intense Pils.
